Idk man, I think if he runs again in 2024, he'll be the likely nominee. A lot of the GOP congressional leadership don't like Trump but he still has a large base of very committed supporters. That's why there's so few Republican senators telling Trump to accept his loss and concede. Trump called Ted Cruz's wife ugly during the 2016 primary and Cruz has still lined up in lockstep behind Trump. A few Trump tweets were enough to sink Jeff Session's senate hopes even though Tommy Tuberville is a complete idiot.

Aligning with Trump is almost a necessity if you want to win a Republican primary.

I keep hearing that Trump's only hope is the courts, which is nonsense. SCOTUS is not going to award him a re-count, let alone the election, unless there's a groundswell of normie public opinion demanding it. SCOTUS judges are as much politicians as legal jurors.

Trump needs a smoking gun, an irrefutable piece of evidence that will get the public on his side. It needs to be more than Dem election officials switching ballots or dead people voting, this is expected in American elections.

If he can prove one large scale instance of fraud he won't have to worry about the legal cases or re-counts, none of that will matter. Even better if he can link the Dems or Biden campaign to the fraud.

Trump has refrained from holding rallies or giving interviews, which is not like him AT ALL. If he had accepted defeat I'd expect him to be going all out to consolidate his base, if nothing else to protect his family from the expected investigations when he leaves office.

So who knows? Maybe he's already cut a deal and he'll play golf until Jan or maybe he's got something and he's just waiting for the right time to let it drop. It's either one or the other IMO. Carrying on refusing to accept the result with no hope of overturning is not a smart play, and Trump is a lot of things but dumb isn't one.

Accepting the result from fraud would be INSANE. Meanwhile refusing to condone a huge scam from multiple bad actors is the right thing to do.
Dems are using thinly veiled threats demanding their fraud be overlooked and accepted now in order to avoid a civil war.
But accept it now and kiss goodbye any chance of America remaining a functioning Republic.
Trump only needs SCOTUS to kick the can over to the house.
But none of this will happen until after the Safe Harbor date comes and goes without all court cases and recounts resolved.

On the topic of democrats not voting down the ticket indicating fraud, Bob Murphy claims to have looked into it and didn’t find evidence of it (Bob Murphy Show 162, ~44:00). He says that he looked at the discrepancy between presidential candidate votes and senate candidate votes for that same party in GA and WI (or MI, I forget) then compared the discrepancy to a bunch of other states which had senate races and found that it wasn’t uncommon for one party to have a significant discrepancy and the other to be quite close, it also wasn’t always the Democrats who had the big discrepancy. So if these results aren’t unusual within the normal variations then it’s not proof positive of fraud.
