My bet is that courts are gaslighting that already voted to dismiss the case by/on December 8th say their was no issue with multiple signed affidiated by people. Court will name drop saying bidden is the 46th president of UnitedStates .
Being charitable trump will have 2 not all 3 states needed with evidnce if he has hard evidence.

The original date Alito set was the 9th, past the safe harbor deadline. That was throwing shade, unless you think that the SCOTUS is filled with people who grasp US constitutional and electoral law less than some boomers on facebook. Moving the deadline up one is just a way of throwing the shade less directly.
Whether there will even be any clerks working at that time of day is dubious, and it wouldn't matter if challenges are responded to at that point. Because, going back to that text:
"for its final determination of any controversy or contest concerning the appointment of all or any of the electors of such State, by judicial or other methods or procedures, and such determination shall have been made at least six days before the time fixed for the meeting of the elector."
The SCOTUS's ruling would be the final determination, and if the SCOTUS were to rule on the 9th, it would be too late. You'd have to have this resolved today. But couldn't that happen?
Well, probably not. Because that response deadline is for the Pennsylvania officials to respond: "U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito late Thursday set a deadline for Pennsylvania officials to respond to a request to throw out the state’s mail-in voting results — or possibly the entire election" was the line in the article where I first mentioned that this is throwing shade. The PA officials are going to file their response at 9pm tonight, and it's functionally the same as it having been filed tomorrow - except that people who are thick will believe it's PROOF THAT THE TIDES ARE TURNING because reading law boring.
