WTF is Arizona doing? It's like they counted all their absentee ballots during the day, and then just went to bed at 9 PM after the polls closed. They've only added like 100k since that initial update. Isn't it supposed to be easier to get your results in on time when 70% of the population is voting in advance?

HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - The first local results for the 2020 general election were originally scheduled to be released by the state Office of Elections shortly after polls in Hawaii closed at 7 p.m.

However, election results can not be released until after all of the voters who were in line at voter service centers before polls closed at 7 p.m. have had the opportunity to vote.

As of about 7 p.m. Tuesday evening, long lines at those voter service centers were still being reported, and elections officials were reporting like delays with the first results printout.

Some voters at Honolulu Hale said it took more than two and a half hours for them to be able to cast their ballots.

This story will be updated with actual numbers once the results have been released.
