It's a decent argument, but I don't see SCOTUS going for it. Doing so would come against people's "Right to Vote" as the argument will be that the citizenry submitted the ballots on time and that it was logistical issues that made them late... allegedly.

I mean they already did with WI once.

PA was just not to expedite the case, but all 4 "conservatives" expressed they'd be willing to hear that case after the election (that's to invalidate all votes received after Election day), and now they have ACB to weigh in on it. Trump joined that suit today.

Same thing in GA (lower court though I think), except GA was supposed to reject ballots received past 7pm and segregate them but were caught not doing that.
