Again, I am gonna need a citation on the 750 million cases claim, because that's not even close to accurate lol. Not that you'd believe anything not coming from Trump's mouth anyway, but that number isn't even close to accurate. The 750 million is a very rough estimate, with really no basis in fact. Besides, I thought you Trump cultists didn't trust the Chinese WHO? You can't use "estimated cases" to predict a death percentage...

Trump’s presidency was mostly fine, but his handling of covid and 2020 in general was completely unacceptable. I really don’t want to deal with another four years of Trump. I doubt Biden can win though, he has no appeal, and I see much more vocal trump support than Biden support. There’s no way we get a winner until all the mail in ballots get counted, and you abolsolutely know that the losing party will throw a shitshow. Joe Biden was strangely the weakest candidate they could come up with. You have to wonder if this was deliberately done. Picking someone that's easily beatable, really old (kind of frail too) and who enacted racist crime bill policies in the 1990's. This seems all to portray Trump in a better light despite the Covid incompetency and all the other faults. I have my strong doubts that Joe will win because of this as well as the cult-ish aspect of Trump's supporters.

People seem to have goldfish memory when it comes to the news, so i'll just point out again that at the beginning of the pandemic, WHO was against masks. Not because they thought they don't work, but as it came out later, it was because they were afraid medical staff won't have enough masks if civilians buy them out. People who are experts in the field can still lie and try to play the uninitiated.

No, the takeaway is that any scientist (especially from high ranking places like the CDC, NIAID, NIH, etc etc etc with high barriers of entry and qualification requirements) is more trustworthy than a mentally challenged tangerine with no scientific knowledge or experience.

I say we can trust them, but any "estimate" by any agency needs to be taken with a huge grain of salt. You can't use it to calculate death percentage because you don't know if the estimate is correct (inaccurate denominator) and you also wouldn't have an accurate numerator since the case total is just an estimate and you are using "confirmed" covid deaths. So you are basically making the denominator bigger without accounting for the same application that you applied to the numerator to the denominator. Stats don't work that way.

I don't understand why Trump is to blame for these deaths though, we had months of BLM and Antifa riots where none of them were following quarantine rules or suggestions. Is Trump to blame for BLM existing? Like I said before you cited Australia's lack of cases but they never had a total lockdown, like America they had different rules for different areas all over the place, their mortality rate was something like 0.91%. Canada is the same but around 4.5%. If you want to correlate it directly to lockdown then you need to agree they should have been arresting literally every single person at every single protest and putting them into some temporary internment camp.
