It's not about the speed.
Most general public people with their short attention spans stop paying attention to things after 24-48 hours. See the Biden laptop saga for reference.
The strategy is to have all eyes trained on another state, which coincidentally North Carolina also is scheduled to have their counting done by the 12th, and then finish up their blitzkrieg counting of another ballot dump at 4:00 am on Nov. 11 with no oversight.

There has just been too much weird shit this election. Shutting down the vote halfway through in key states when it looks like Trump is steamrolling, only to resume them and suddenly every batch is splitting 80-20 for Biden, what a coincidence! The constant stopping and starting and Nevada not even reporting at all because they say they'll "get it done faster" if they don't report. I don't think there's any grand conspiracy or anything like that but anyone who doesn't think this whole thing looks suss as fuck is probably a little naive.

He intentionally gets the bees buzzing around whatever he is trying to call attention to, and in the end everyone is covered in shit. In my opinion, he has used this power judiciously.
