The tension is palpable. I've already voted early, but I cannot tell what the future has in store if Trump does win. I wanna believe it'll turn around the last year of bullshit between the COVID-1984 and Saint Floyd's hypocritical crusade of BLM knights, and that Trump can go balls-out on the powers-that-be that have been terrorizing the minds of the USA and beyond.

Come what may. This week is going to be one to remember.

The one true predictor already called it for Trump, I don't know why we're bothering with an actual election.
Oh wow, its over. But on a larger scale, if Trump wins Ohio its double over.

I know I’m going against the grain here, but we’ve seen the chimpouts of the left for 4 years and they bore me now. I miss the insane conspiracies of right wingers under Obama and crazed inbreds finally cracking to threaten assassination on Facebook. I yearn the return of Fox New’s terrorist fist jab special and the tan suit catastrophe.
Don't forget Obama installing "Islamic prayer curtains" in the White House and the butthurt over him using Grey Poupon mustard.

I'm hoping if Trump does win the gloves will come off like they did for Obama under his second term and we might finally start getting some real pushback against the left.

I've been toying with the idea of minmaxing chaos. What's the absolute worst possible scenario in terms of chaos (ie the most fun)?

Here's what I have:
View attachment 1700766

In this scenario, the electoral college is tied. The choice of President goes to the House of Representatives, which votes by state delegation (NOT by number of seats). This would mean the Republican House Minority Leader would appoint Trump as President, having won neither the popular vote, nor electoral vote, nor a majority in the House. The Democrats would immediately sue, and the constitution would likely be upheld by the Supreme Court. For extra salt, have the majority opinion written by ACB and have the court split by on partisan lines.

Edit: for EVEN MORE fun, let the Democrats win the senate. This would lead to President Trump and Vice President Harris taking office in January.
Biden wins but the Electoral College chooses Trump anyways. The surprise victory convinces Trump to convert to Islam and establish a Caliphate, making Liberals become anti-Islam. Throw in a few tweets about how America had 9/11 coming for maximum lulz.

Maximum chaos is a comfortable Trump win

I think the rioting will be even harder in that scenario than a close Trump win that takes 2 months to determine and is finally decided by a 5-4 Supreme Court vote

The existential despair and rage over a comfortable Trump win...

gun control works like all other things; you ban it and it goes away. If we didn't ban people from owning artillery pieces there would be a lot of people who own artillery. Imagine actually thinking banning something doesn't work when for hundreds of years of recorded history bans have gone through and succeeded on a massive scale. Britain banned the slave trade in 1809 and the slave trade ended
I legitimately can't tell if your trolling, but you realize that it IS legal to own artillery in the US, right? If you want to own a military surplus anti-aircraft gun you literally can win one in an auction for surprisingly cheap.

I really want Trump to win so we can see the left-wing screeching cranked up to 11, and also because I know Biden is gonna fuck with my country's business and I very much do not appreciate that.
If Biden wins the screeching from Trump supporters will be just as bad.

Either way, it's going to be a shit fight. I'm looking forward to the entertainment.

I think "Britain banned the slave trade in 1809 and the slave trade ended" was the clue he was being sarcastic.

50% of Americans believe the Hunter Biden laptops to be Russian disinformation despite literally no evidence for it, because ex-CIA spooks told them to. It's insane how the left has done a 180 on intelligence agencies since Snowden.
The Democrats have basically turned into Bush-era neocons at this point, but with Russia/white supremacists replacing Islamic terrorism as their own personal bugbear that they use to rally their base against.
On the plus side, that would give all our 3-letter agencies carte blanche to bring the hammer down on Antifa, BLM, and their backers, setting their organizing back decades. The media won't be able to keep up the narrative of "ackshually, the right-wing activists are the dangerous ones!" for four more years of burn, loot, and murder.
True, but you'd never hear the end of it from the left if that happened, and it'll add fuel to their "Trump is literally Hitler" narrative.

Another reason why I think Trump and the Republicans will win:

The Republicans launched their own equivalent of ActBlue, called WinRed, in 2019. They reached the $1 billion mark in just fifteen months. ActBlue took eleven years to get to that same point. So it tells you that the real movement and momentum is with Trump, not the Democrats.

Also, the country is shifting to the right nationwide. I can tell because of how Republicans have been winning in special elections by bigger margins, such as with Chris Jacobs in New York, and Mike Garcia in California among others.

Joe Biden cannot win if the country is shifting to the right nationally.
Broken record but aside from Netflix with Cuties ( which is justifiable), I haven't seen any Republican interference with entertainment.

2021 may be the start of a cultural shift which will reflect on the past couple years.

Bans do not make things go away, they are the justification that the government uses to attempt to make things go away. Some, maybe even most will comply out of principle, but the only way something is going to "go away" is if the government destroys it. This proposition is utterly impractical in the US, as the sheer number of unregistered firearms in the country, both grandfathered and illegal, would require the federal government to kick down every single door in the country to find them all, and given that the right to bear arms is one of the foundational principles of this nation, they would be taking return fire. Then, even once you've gotten rid of them, there is the matter of keeping them out, which would require border and customs controls that would make Trump look like a bitch, and that's just for illegal imports. On the domestic side, it would require the destruction of the knowledge of how to make a firearm itself. You appear to be a bong, go look up P. A. Luty for an example. The problem with banning guns in the US isn't passing the law, it's the monumental logistics required to enforce it.

This election does feel like one of these great political realignment elections that can have a trickle-down effect on the nation's culture.

Honestly, I think Biden is gonna take it.

BUT I also think that he won't make it through a full term, and Harris will be President soon enough. I don't think she's the backup plan for if he goes completely senile. I think she's the plan because they expect he will.

I also think neither of these predictions is going to be settled tomorrow night. Not even the first one. I foresee a repeat of 2000. Lawsuits galore.
