You can easily access most predictions from most major polls there, as well as make your own, so I'd be interested (with no real horse in this race) in knowing how you guys are reckoning a trump win might happen - and the graphic interface makes it easy to illustrate via fx screenshot for others so I figured I'd leave it here.

I'm just saying, reelecting Trump suddenly isn't going to make the rioting or shitshows go away, rioting and shitshows happen for a reason, and he is part of the reason why these people are mad. Reelecting him is only going to keep things the same divided and chaotic way they are now, that's just a fact.

I got a mixture of dread and excitement about all this, 2021 is going to be a year of change, the 2010s will be ending in earnest, you see there was never a year zero so a decade doesn't actually start with the zero year, it starts with the number 1 year, so 2020 has actually been the grand finale to the shitshow that was the 2010s, maybe now that it's over things can finally get better.

I entered 2020 all optimistic wanting to believe the 2010s were over but I knew about the year zero thing and like Michael Myers getting back up, the 2010s had one last attack for us before going down for good, but 2020 is already almost over and with 2021 comes real hope that things will actually get better.

The one constant decade to decade is change, things are going to change no matter what and at the very least things being different will be interesting, I'm sick and fucking tired of the way things have been for the last several years, I'm ready for something new.

A new day is dawning, are you ready for it?

I, and a number of my other friends I've talked to one-on-one, are "secretly" voting Trump. Despite leaning lolbertarian, it's really just been watching Democrats that's pushed us all to vote Red. It would be socially disastrous for to admit any of this freely though, so we keep it amongst ourselves.

It makes me wonder if Trump support on social media underrepresents his actual support, especially among young adults, since many of us would be so heavily harassed / have our jobs jeopardized if we admitted to it. Silent majority is a real possibility in today's climate.

I know I'm not the only one secretly sickened by the Democrats actions in the last year. I know a lot of young people today still care about the consitution, personal liberty and the nation of America. Sadly, in a blue state, being openly patriotic is painting a target on your back.

Very sad. Many such cases!

I fully realize that my dream of an isolationist America may never come true, especially with Trump.

However, I will probably get fined and jailed for shitposting under a Biden Democrat presidency. I fully expect the US government to try and adopt more of Canada's and other such nations' "civilized" laws.
