I cannot see Biden winning and I don't think the Dems have faith either. Plus it seems like every day I'm seeing some report of lost ballots, stolen mail, ballots found abandoned or dumped somewhere, I guess we are all just supposed to ignore that.
What troubles me is they've all set the stage for questioning the validity of it all no matter what. That's where you see the most riots and destruction across the world: when they believe the election is illegitimate. So they've already implanted that and Nancy Pelosi running her ghoul mouth isnt helping. There's stories coming out of many major cities where they are preemptively boarding everything up, I don't recall it ever being this bad.
Hoping for the world's sake that you are right. As much as all MSM in western countries is attacking Trump, we really need an anti-China US president right now.

Maybe it's the glowies and internet censorship at work, but I'm not feeling the same levels of energy as I did in 2016, lots of nihilism, doom and gloom on right wing forums from wignats and the like right now. I'm still leaning towards a Trump win but it might be way closer this time. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Well, here is the deal. I won't rub it in people's faces if my guy wins, if others will promise to do the same courtesy for me if their guy wins. Deal?
Fuck that. If Biden wins I want to see you melt some people. It will be the only silver lining to that scenario.
That would be 538.

Here is my personal prediction. Trump gets the big dick energy this year, and wins the popular vote by 250K (yes even overcoming California and New York).

To be fair, I think this election was still 50-50 until the second debate.

It really can't be underestimated just how much that second debate Biden self-immolated.

Between accidentally letting it slip that Biden would "transfer" the entire oil industry, to flat out stating he will lock down the country again the moment a scientist tells him too (especially with what's happened in Europe the last 2-3 days).

I think Trump took the lead after the second debate and that lead has been growing ever since.

I just see all of these signs. I read/see tons of people saying they didn't vote for Trump in 2016 but they will in 2020, and almost nobody saying that for Biden. I see Trump gathering tens of thousands to rallies and Biden can't even get hundreds (most Biden rallies have more Trump supporters than Biden supporters).

The riots are in Trump's favor now with Democrats refusing to lock up criminals. The economy was in Trumps favor for 3 years and has majorly rebounded this quarter.

There's nothing in Biden's favor except just straight up cheating, which they will. I just hope it's not enough like it wasn't in 2016.
Nate Silver is perpetually fucking ridiculous. I can't imagine giving Biden anything greater than a 60-40 tilt in any reasonable prediction, which is what I'm seeing from business analysts who are looking at things apolitically and are only going that far because of the media push and farcical polling. I hope he's on TV in a flop sweat stammering about how a 10% chance wasn't wrong because things do happen 1 in 10 sometimes as he rationalizes why he thinks NC actually really had a 5+ point lead for Biden right up until when he stopped analyzing it.

Aside from my views foreign policy, 2A, critical race theory, BLM/crime/police, immigration, energy policy, SCOTUS, and trade I'm really hoping for a Trump win just so I can see a couple particular friends or really more properly their partners who have developed slavish media approved mindsets with a severe case TDS melt down in real time. Nothing makes me harder for a potential Trump victory than people shakily saying they're scared about election night and when assured that we won't have any problems like downtown DC, Philly, or Seattle they clarify that they mean it about life for them if Trump has another 4 years. Keep in mind I'm talking about well-off upper middle class academic types with good job security and excellent family support structures that have thrived for the last 4 years here. I'm not talking about someone who relies on the obamacare subsidy or individual markets set up by it. Seeing some really bad pro-trump meltdowns on this site would be funny, but it just wouldn't have that same personal touch.

My sister is voting for Mumble Joe and working the polls on Election Day. She's not too bright. My bother is voting for Trump and I'm not voting because it's pointiness. Take that as you will.
There was a time when I thought voting was pointless as well, and to a certain extent I still kind of do. However I realized that it's the one of the few facets of power you'll ever be granted in life. It's not much, but it's better than nothing.

That was there in 2016 too, no one thought he'd win. Even the trump family was ready to jump ship blah blah blah. There was plenty of gloom and doom and the majority of it is because we know the narrative and headlines will be controlled by the media afterwards whether he wins or loses, but theyll be particularly vicious if he loses.

The Democrats are Angry, but the Republicans are scared. IMO Fear is a far more powerful motivator then Anger.

It's doom and gloom because people fully realize now that there's no way to appeal to either side. When Trump talks about historic black employment, he is correct, that didn't matter. They claimed for 2 years he was literally a Russian asset, they did a whole massive investigation, nothing happened, nobody cared, they moved onto the next insane thing. Trump stubs his toe and Nancy Pelosi is going to pursue articles of impeachment, the mainstream media is calling you a retarded Nazi, people thought Trump might represent a grenade being thrown into the establishment to at least make them take notice and maybe change their ways. The opposite happened: the government and media decided to call half of all citizens un-American traitors. They're burning cities down and saying it's up to their victims to stop the madness. There's a reason the phrase "there is no political solution" has been gaining steam these past 2 years. People know that even if Trump wins it will usher in a nightmare of gay insanity we can't even predict yet. It's doom and gloom because people realize there is no scenario where they win even if they win.

Trump wins so we can go back to our normal lives over a virus with a survival rate of fucking 99%.
That's going to depend on your state. If you're in a Democrat governed state, I've got bad news for you. It's not going to end for you. Nothing has really changed for a good portion of the country, the lockdowns never really happened in my area, but just 15 minutes over the border into another state, they act insane over it, yet their rates are the same if not worse for similar population spreads.

I think we can all agree on one thing: no matter what, watching Nate Silver get blown the fuck out will be the only show worth watching.
My greatest fear is Nate Silver getting away with pretending to good work in the fairly likely scenario that Biden wins even though his model will still have been horrendously wrong.

Republicans are also angry though

he has already announced, that he won´t be attending the thread during election evening/night. and to stop @´ing him. ^^

i don´t think, he will chimpout, for what´s it worth. and i´m also pretty sure, he will stick to his word and not gloat, if the black chick wins
If Biden does win, I will not gloat. I will make one post, but won't be gloating.* I will be the bigger man. I will, however, laugh at the tards tard-raging if it does happen. I'd hope people will afford me the same courtesy if it doesn't happen, but I don't see that happening.

If Trump wins, I will not chimp out. I expect him to pull some shenanigans and win via the SC anyway, so I am already expecting it.

Either way, I expect 100 tards to post on my profile and tag me and it's gonna suck to log in on Wednesday morning and have 300 notifications. I will probably ignore them and have people quote me in 3 weeks upset that I didn't reply to them on election night. That seems to be what usually happens.

*Except to one person, who is a giant doofus and has egged me on (it isn't you or anyone posting in this thread). I will deliver a one-line zinger to him and that's it.

This is something I've been wondering about, but since Republican voters are all voting in person how likely would it be for some whacked out rioters to protest at actual voting sites? It seems extremely unlikely, and I imagine highly illegal, that they would go that far, but who really knows at this point.

Could they spin this into something positive? To me it would seem like the deathblow to any shred of credibility Antifa ever had and would spurn an immediate right wing reaction, but if the goal is to suppress enough votes to drag Joe to the finish line it seems like that might be the nuclear option.
