Counted rural votes first and the cities will go overwhelmingly Dem unless they don't follow previous elections. At least that's my guess. I still need to find a map that does precincts or counties without an account like NYT.

Northern Virginia, with the DC belt (heavy blue), generally comes in late. It was the same story in 2016; Trump had an early lead that slowly eroded throughout the night. The difference is that VA wasn't called in 2016 until well into the night. They must know something about the votes still out there to be able to call it so early this time.
