100% serious:
Neither. Null's doomposting is retarded. The Internet flat out cannot function without 230. Websites being sued for random shitposts or online shopping fraud would destroy every online business that operates in America, and nobody wants that.
However, Joe Biden and the Democrats want to add a caveat to 230 where websites will lose their protections if they don't "protect minorities and vulnerable groups". In other words, if you're allowed to say "nigger" then no 230 protection.
Meanwhile, Trump wants to actually enforce 230 and punish websites that editorialize non-illegal content. There is absolutely no reason for Youtube to put a warning label on every video that mentions the Moon Landing, as if we're all just incapable of reasoning for ourselves. If someone wants to rant about fake moon landings, they're legally allowed to and any website that prevents them from doing so should be treated as a publisher and not as a neutral entity.

you don't understand section 230 if you're making this take about "publishers". If YouTube puts a warning label on every Moon Landing video, then YouTube is already civilly liable for the contents of the warning label (but not the video). And the internet just doesn't work if you remove the ability for websites to do moderation without incurring legal liability - what's to stop the moon landing folks from turning Goatse or other shock images into "political memes" and demanding equal protection? You can't have it both ways, either website owners are free to remove whatever the fuck content they want to, or you're giving people a right to post Goatse wherever they want. I don't know about you, but I'd rather be able to have places where I can see user-generated content and not have to worry about randomly seeing Goatse.

Rate me optimistic but here is what I think it will look like.

I think Virginia May be flipped red by the end. The disparity between the officially reported numbers, and a Fox calling it with 0% reporting is just too great. Last I looked Trump was over 200k ahead with not enough outstanding votes? What’s going on there?

Trump just won Ohio. Lost Arizona.

So it comes down to Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Minnesota.

Trump needs 2, Biden needs 3.
Still crossing my fingers that the election day votes can allow Trump to edge out a narrow win in Arizona.

I think Trump has Wisconsin.

Biden may likely have Minnesota.

It'll come down to Michigan and Pennsylvania- which are Dem-controlled and will be counting into next week...

Again, a bit nervous about this one.

What’s wrong with randomly seeing goatse?
