Apparently Wisconsin is because Milwaukee pushed through. As other counties finish the spread may increase again.

As in their final vote count? Total votes for Milwaukee are 450,000. Total votes across Wisconsin are 3,100,000. How could Wisconsin be at 98% of recorded votes if nearly 16% of them hadn't been returned?

I don't know this is crooked, but it seems worth investigating.

Fox is showing Biden with a 93k lead with 84% reporting, down from a 200k lead with 75% reporting when they first posted results. Seems a bit early to count it out (although of course it depends what order they're processing counties in).
