Theyll backstab progressives in that theyre very center neolibs, like Obama almost to the point of being Neocons--the typical socially democratic, fiscally conservative as far as their buddies are concerned, and upper class people. The thing about taxing ultra wealthy is that he (doesnt really, Im exaggerating but they all know the tricks anyway) lets them know how to get around shit on their taxes, like the Google CEOs giving themselves like a 1$ salary or whatever. Theyre all fudging the books on their taxes and using creative accounting.
The vocal left that you see in places like this is a minority, Bernie bros proved that group to even be shattered itself, and even then the most of the gays/whatever are relatively normal, and most libs dont care about the cop thing with Kamala, half of them would want a dictator cop if you told them it would stop the protests and riots. ANd for the rioters part, they would back down if it was "their own" PoC cop telling them she'd get them a "good deal and off the hook" (she wouldnt, they all quote that Never Talk To Cops video but PoC status supercedes that in the SJ stack).
Yes there is a lot of that, but I do think there is a silent majority in that party of, again, more centerists who are the generic "go back to normal" people, Ive seen it a lot in neighborhoods around here, just upper class families with two kids, nice car, big house, whatever, they arent flamboyant but they have a few Biden signs up. I live in a red state but my traditionally red county went blue this time.
Hell probably be another Obama (not a great thing, I hated Obama like most 18-year olds at the time who got disillusioned with him). The thing I hate most is his stupid gun control issue because gun control is as fucking stupid as the war on drugs, and look at Hunter Biden. The double standards shit because hes the boss's kid pisses me off there.
Both parties sucked but I was a bit more towards Trump just because he wasnt Obama 2.0 but more out of touch, though I figured Biden would narrowly slip by on a razor, cunt hair margin somehow. Money, Big Tech, wanted him in. I think the bible shit holds conservatives back, and oil money cant go as far anymore.
