The problem is that it sets a precedent that you truly dont have to earn the love of the people, you can be as horrible as you want but as long as you cheat enough, you will win. That shows democracy truly is pointless.

And the funny thing is that this wont really change much in the long term, I will be more surprised if Biden remains in office for the entire term and not "conveniently" handle the office to his Vice president, a declared commie.

From what I hear biden's wife is too eager to be first lady to let him hand power over Kamala Harris. And we're long past the "love of the people" sort of shit when both sides are polarized to the point of seeing shit on twitter like "if you support x candidate, we're not friends anymore! he wants us dead!"

But what Ive seen of the president and his loyal fanbase is just gross, actively denouncing virtually everyone who disagrees or has an opposing vote. Regardless of policy, Trumps presidency never sought to lead the nation. Only the people who voted for him. He didn't just ignore the fragmentation of the nation like Obama, he actively sought to accelerate it.

I hope to God that this polarising will calm down over the next few years, but looking at both left and right media, that's not going to happen in long while.

I hope you mean "the media" because these people were convinced on both sides that the other one is trying to kill them. The media's been othering the other side for years now, you dumbass.

The media wasn't making up lies about violent antifa gangs attacking random innocent people. That's all on Trump.

They've been atomising us for decades. It's game theory in action. In order to squeeze every last penny out of the economy, it's not conducive for people to have any allegiances to anything other than purchasable commodities and themselves as individuals. In that case, the family unit has to go, along with the prospect of ever providing for one with a single wage. The less time parents have due to work commitments, the more poorly their kids are raised, who themselves end up turning to the market (video games, TV, internet, legal drugs, anti-d's etc...) for momentary emotional relief as a means of compensation. Once that's achieved, strip a man of all his extra cultural baggage (community, heritage, tradition), neutralise and repackage it into a safe commodity that doesn't risk the social order and sell it back to the people as temporary relief from the existential abyss we're all helplessly hurtling through.

Profit above all. Why do you think there's been a big push to feminise western men? On the outset, you'd be right in thinking that there's some kind of nefarious plot at play to socially-engineer society. There's not. The cosmetic industry just wanted to expand their potential market from 50% (women) to 100% of the population. Their answer? Turn men into fags that are just as image conscious as women. It really is as simple as that.

Anyways, I'm rambling. People disowning others for voting a certain way is just a symptom of a wider betrayal that's been going on since the 40's. What I will say is that wouldn't find a Trump voter behaving in such a way. As crazy as the Qanon people are, they're not half as unhinged as the so called "educated classes" appear to be.
