He is also planning on seeking out economic and military cooperation with Vietnam, which, frankly, would be a huge win in the region. He has done more to contain and work with North Korea than any other President. He has not given them billions of dollars like the Clinton administration, he has not ignored it like the Obama administration. He has gone in heard first and started diplomatic relations with them, while at the same time militarily supporting our allies in the region.

How electors are chosen is up to the states. That includes their voting practices. You would need something on the order of a major Supreme Court ruling or a Constitutional Amendment to have the federal government bully their way into states and tell them how to run their elections.

Even the Voting Rights Act of 1965 heavily based itself in the 14th and 15th so it could withstand legal challenges.

While I agree with most of this, I do have to quibble and point out we are not going extinct, there is more of us than ever before do to increasing populations. No, the real problem is if trends continue (note this implies liner trends with nothing changing over 80-100 years so obviously this could end up completely off) we will basically become the new Jews where we don't have any homelands and have to hope the country you are in is currently tolerant of you and the skills you are willing to provide for them.

I could see displacement being a possibility, but personally, that seems like it will eventually also lead to extinction. The Jews survived mainly because they had societies that had "you leave us alone, and we will leave you alone" cultures. With only a very few exceptions, those societies were mostly white so I don't really know where whites would actually go.

It's not the counting that is the problem. It is mail-in ballots that were postmarked the day of the election. It is gonna take a couple days for all of those to trickle in.
