You do know that the mall-in ballots will be Democrat-flavoured in these time because the democrat tells their supporter to vote via mail to avoid the COVID, while Trump and many Republic told their supporters to vote in person right?

We do, another election. But that won't help if the system itself is broken.

I can't see this ever happening. It didn't even happen in the clown-world that is Britain for Brexit despite the push for one.

Because those statistical anomalies can be explained away by one side and the only way to get actual solid evidence of it that would have any real chance at the courts invalidating ballots over it is to actually catch it in the act on video.

Bar is set a bit too high on that one to be realistic. People have caught ballots being tampered with. However, they only show like, one person or a few. Nothing in the realm of hundreds of thousands so they can be easily explained away as "lone wolves" or whatever. This might set a terrible precedent down the line since there seems to be no reason not to cheat.

The vote is done by congressional delegation, which means the republicans would have the majority. But again politically it would be impossible.
