The media is only interested in making a profit, talking about how great Biden is gonna be useless and unprofitable when people's frustration will start to show with Biden's handling of the economy and covid. Being anti-Trump was highly profitable for them so turning against Biden doesn't seem unrealistic, it's pretty much necessary for their survival at this point after outlets like CNN alienated pretty much everyone that's not a Trump hater.

If Biden wins, it's pretty much guaranteed that the US will annihilate Syria and Assad (not that the Caesar sanctions aren't already killing the country) further destabilizing the region, causing an even bigger refugee crisis, causing extremists to take over and meaning more terrorist attacks. I'm also 90% sure that Biden will give the green light for the US Army to fuck up Venezuela. Taiwan, not happening. Biden is in China's pocket and the US has already more or less made it clear that they aren't really all that keen to get into a fistfight with China over Taiwan. South Korea, same thing - China's backyard. Ukraine, we may see more active involvement. Ever since the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict began anew, they seem to be gearing up for something big. As for NK itself, nothing. Openly declaring support here means terrorist attacks on US soil from pissed-off diaspora and it really isn't as much of Russia's weak point as armchair analysts seem to think.

Mainstream media outlets in america have been reduced to if not state owned then state allied propaganda outlets for the democratic party.
Big tech is completely onboard with breaking the free exchange of information and taking political sides
There is a fanatic core of the american left that is quite willing to conduct state approved violence against their political enemies.
The rest of the american left is completely onboard with the above. They'll accept anything that serves their worldview and reject anything that does not. As long as they can pretend everything is basically the same as early 2000s they'll be content.

At this point it doesn't even matter if it's massive voter fraud or not. The left won't care for a second. If Biden ate a small baby on live television they would switch to another channel mumbling out some dismissive insult about the right.

I don't think the us comes back from this. It will steadily grow more authoritarian over time. Progressiveness will become in america what nationalism is in China or Islam is in Turkey. The internet will grow more restricted as well.

Bringing up things like state approved political violence is problematic. Physical violence is not nearly as bad as verbal violence. Insurance will cover property damage, hospitals will mend wounds, and those who lost their children can just have more. But making accusations of peaceful protestors being violent? That's a cut that lasts forever
