I work in an environment where two employees are men and 6 are women. Does it come as a shock to anyone when I tell you the worst shit stirrers and drama queens are the two men? Honestly, the women of the workplace are the glue that prevents the whole thing from falling into pieces, by doing hard work and doing things the two men are too incompetent to do regardless of shouting about how hard they work and how they need to be rewarded for it.
I used to think a mixed sex workplace works the best but honestly, working there has just made me hate men. The level of delusion and incompetence is mind boggling, not to mention the priviledged attitude that by default it is the women of the workplace that keep the kitchen, toilets and breakroom clean, unpaid of course. You can’t be a big independent business owner yet at the same time expect the women to act like your mother. Don’t dox yourself, but how old are they and roughly what do you work in? The men I work with are a mix (as are the women) and most are pretty competent because it’s not an environment anyone copes in if they’re not, but I’ve also worked with a few of the type who wants a medal for things everyone else finds routine. I have tales of hilarious 20th century casual sexism at work that nobody would believe these days but it was the Wild West in pharma back then. Actually it was more fun as well.
Yeah this is very noticeable. The women’s spaces they want to take over are never the ‘women’s work.’ You never see troons wanting to see which stuff cleans the windows without streaks. Never see them doing laundry. Never see them sticking labels in the kids new school kit. Never even see them doing the routine cooking. There’s never a hint of caring.
