It's honestly been watered down into meaning 'any chick who rocks the boat in stead of just lying down and taking it'. Often after, someone sees "BPD" and "woman" on the same report file and just tallies it up without looking at session length, number of sessions, reason for session, active pending abuse cases, nothing. Otherwise, someone who gives even half of a fuck will see the discrepancies, strike the diagnosis from her record altogether or require extensive follow ups before it can go onto her record, but either way Dr Quackfuck still got his numbers.
