Yeah, like other people have said, harem anime. Especially isekai harem anime, the genre where a mediocre man is suddenly magicked into a world of attractive women drooling over him and suddenly he's the greatest at everything. Peak moidslop garbage fantasy. It would be incredibly easy to go and grab several examples of moidslop anime with quick searches. What media would you unquestionably call moidslop? I'd say most anime like redo of the healer, but I'd like to see your examples of the most egregious "moidslop".
Bonus challenge: Can you top redo of the healer as #1 moidslop?
I haven't seen Redo of Healer (and after a quick search I'm glad this show is not something I'm familiar with), but I would also throw Monster Musume into the mix. I watched MM when I was forming opinions about anime and it solidified the fact I will never subject myself to a harem show ever again, it's the touch of death, bottom of the barrel genre that's not even that good when subverted. Let's take somewhat interesting designs for monster women and have them all just pine after Some Dude. Anime can be half decent so long as you viciously curate what you watch. Because it's just accepted at this point that a lot of anime is watched by grown men instead of any actual target audience, it speaks volumes that a lot of it involves high school age characters that will be fought about online as to who is "the best waifu".
If you want non-sexual moidslop (or at least, non-sexual in comparison to something like Redo of Healer), Sword Art Online is a good contender too. Has harem elements, has a horribly boring protagonist and of course he's super special and everyone loves him and somehow he's the one guy that can break the rules of a specifically programmed video game. A show with an admittedly cool, but not original, premise, wasted on trying to convince you that Kirito is a good protagonist worth focusing on. And as a bonus, the female main character who demonstrates herself to be capable enough in the beginning is literally locked in a giant cage, just waiting to be rescued for the following arc.
