There's also the complete lack of acknowledgement that women can have sex but it's an inherently riskier proposition for them both in terms of safety and just the potential of even having an enjoyable sexual experience to make it worth it. And I understand that it's vice versa when you're using a dating app, but women aren't moving away from dating apps because there is nothing to replace them that actually acknowledges and does anything about the fact that men do represent a potential risk to women. And if they're one of the ones that have picked 'sexually devalued themselves and learned to like it' then they have no incentive to get off the apps. There needs to be actual consequences and mass social movement away from sexually devaluing women - which happens through porn, and which the first age of access is now 8 years old - but that requires focusing on future kids and not the ones that are already poisoned.

I am just very, very suspicious as a dedicated A&Ner how much traction that thread got and the massive amount of up or downdoots I got for the posts I made. I normally don't get those unless it was featured. How is this man a hero? Who forced him to marry her and then divorce her? He is a danger to society. Also, the “women’s bathrooms are way grosser” has been an internet meme since like 2010 and I’ve never seen it to be true.

The schools I went to conducted tornado drills religiously, and the main shelter spots were the bathrooms and locker rooms. The girls' facilities were always just fine, while the girls all had to cover our noses with our shirts or whatever if our class sheltered in a boys' facility because they were always reeking, wet and filthy. Every goddamn time my class sheltered in a girls' facility, boys would inevitably start bitching about how unfair it was that our space was cleaner. More often than not, the teacher would snap at the boys, telling them things like how if they didn't act like animals, theirs would be this nice too. I had one teacher who got really pissed off and he said it pretty harshly, calling them filthy pigs and whatnot.
