Reminds me of a moid I saw on the pooner freak show thread saying the surgeon of a TiF should be locked up, not because she could’ve avoided mutilating herself but because she had a killer body that had now been ruined? Disagree. I think men are definitely capable of romantic love, they're just really bad at expressing affection in a way that doesn't involve physical violence. They're dogs, in the sense that men only have a 15-second association window and are genetically programmed to do behaviors that are self-destructive per se, like killing your gf to show how much you care about your relationship.

I think Helen Joyce is right when she said the movement is driven by wealthy AGP men and that the push to troon out children is done to give legitimacy to the (false) AGP narrative of "I've known I was in the wrong body since I was five."

Men are, at best, never expected to have emotional intelligence, and at worst explicitly discouraged from learning it. So it’s not really that surprising that we are often severely lacking in that department. I don’t get what you mean by expressing affection through physical violence. I would think that those things are entirely incompatible, but maybe that’s just me.

One thing that makes my eyes roll is when you ask moid's justification for
targeting and potentially not only fucking up some random OF's business but also her relationship with her family (if she keeps this shit hidden from them) they give these very pearl-clutchy, concern trolling response of :

That always bothered me, there's a difference between saying "Wow, it's fucked up that this beautiful girl mutilated herself like that" and just being a gross coomer. I am absolutely against girls and women mutilating themselves to avoid being sexualized, but there's a good reason why radfems say to young girls how the moment you start showing signs of physical development, there will be weirdos ogling at you.

I guess what I am referring to is the "you made me so angry" effect, aka the "crime of passion". Basically, from what I am told, men can be so motivated by impulse that certain insults to their person that are humiliating, but not life-threatening, lead him to commit assault and murder because he's just... that offended, or whatever. It's an excuse guys use to excuse behavior that does not comport with their self-image of being "a nice guy". It's a way for men to blame women for failing to manage men's emotions.

The typical version goes: "It's not my fault I [insulted you, hurt you, maliciously doxed your nudes, fucked your mom, kidnapped our baby, shot your dog... etc]. That is your fault because I am now feeling emotions I can't deal with, so I'm justified to lash out at you, and blame you, the woman, because I'm feeling feelings."

Another example of this are certain antiquated sexual assault laws (in Maryland, among other places) which indemnify the man at the first thrust. So if your appendix bursts in the midst of fucking and you call stops, or hey, let's say you're just drunk and dry and decide you're not ready after all, and if the man keeps thrusting cause he really wants to nut, according to the state of Maryland this wouldn't be sexual assault because you initially consented to sex.

More examples:
Marital rape was indemnified until the 1970's-1980's, i.e. being married to your victim is an absolute defense against rape.
Men who murder their spouses for real or perceived adultery
