This tweet is almost unintentionally satire, it even has a dragonball z reference in there. As if there aren't already countless crime shows, movies, and dramas that film female characters being abused, beaten, and killed in needlessly detailed scenes. His response has no sympathy for the victim or any productive suggestions for legal interventions, only raw violence.
