Spy x Family has been a good time, except for some reason the child that has a crush on the main character's adopted father and the writers harp on it a little too much.
Oh yeah. Can't tell if it's japanese humour which does seem dated sometimes. Five years ago I'd laugh it off but now it does feel a bit red flaggy given certain creators we know about now.
Vent with no cap because its from an online group in my local area where a scrote posted about his relationship with his girlfriend. They're both early twenties I'm assuming; according to him girl is beautiful, social, has lots of friends, takes care of herself, studying to be a doctor and volunteers at a charity, while he... is a moid so he didn't get into university yet. He's obviously insecure and to top it off, girl doesn't sacrifice all waking hours to spend time with him ("but I love her you guyz!!").
By his own admission, he feels frustrated and angry with her and demands to know her whereabouts all the time. The girlfriend responds how a normal person would by asking him to stop being on social media and start being productive so she can enjoy their conversations again. In conclusion his question is "gais how can I start being productive and have meaningful conversations gais"
Now this isn't surprising knowing moids (particularly pajeets let's be honest) but what ground my gears is how everyone, especially an overwhelming number of women were coddling him and basically giving him life tips like "start focusing on your academics" like... obviously? The ones who were telling him to stop seeking validation from her ended their comments with "by the way she's not better than you, you're equal". Moids are really babied all their life! I do wonder what the comments would look like if the tables were turned
