Unpopular opinion: intersex athletes should have their own category or compete in the Paralympics. I don't think it's fair to anyone, them included, to have people with XY chromosomes compete with XX women, intersex conditions aside.

I figure it's best to contact the school so they know what's going on, or her mother (who is aware of the issue and trying to handle it by asking the incels nicely to stop harassing and threatening her daughter) in case it might help her get a protective order against him. I've seen where this shit leads, and it's not pretty.

The principal. The principal has access to all the structures educational institutions have to handle shit like this. If the principal seems dysfunctional get on the school's website and find counseling. Often counselors are assigned by alpha, meaning you might be able to figure out who her specific counselor is. If not contact them all.
