I mainly saw two groups of moids step up to "take in" Ukrainian refugees when the 2022 invasion began and that was a) pimps looking to sexually traffic women and b) male creeps offering housing to Ukrainian women in exchange for sex or worse. There are also cases of individual families (which often consist of at least one man) taking in Ukrainian refugees, but if you look at the people who work/help out at the shelters where these refugees live it's predominantly women.

What we did always get was a lot of messages from men swearing up and down they were super chill and would love to cook their signature dish for us (why is this such a common trope?), a few who grew up with a bunch of sisters (which was supposed to imply he knew how to live with women, it really meant he was already accustomed to having women clean up after him), a number of men complaining about how unfair our female only policy was, a few who said they already had a girlfriend who would be over often (what?) or they would be at their girlfriends place when she wasn't at ours (go live there then?), and the occasional businessman who said he would be gone on the weekends but needed a central city location, as though he didn't have a penis on work days.

And Sharon, whose messages were a bit odd but we invited her to the open house anyway. Shane showed up instead (NOT a tranny), for probably the most awkward experience ever.
