I’ve mentioned before how much of a dick the male cat in my household is before and joked about males in different species being the same as moids. However, after my sister took the male cat with her when she moved, my old lady cat is acting more affectionate and happy, like she’s celebrating.

Pretty sure it’s because the male cat was a glutton who would eat my cat’s food but it would be entertaining if my cat was just a moid hater like myself.

In all species, females are better off when the males are few and far between. And those who survive are tightly controlled.

It’s not mainstream as such, but there’s a big scene for it in European countries. Country artists don’t visit much, but when they do, they usually sell out big venues. Some people such as Morgan Wallen are played on major radio stations now, and it’s growing in the UK each year. The main issue is events like C2C attract gatecrashers who shit it up for everyone else, I think that’s possibly why there aren’t more events.

Many European countries have their own variations of country music, which have a lot of roots in American country, but with a domestic spin on it.

Interesting you bring that up, it reminded me of a writing workshop I attended in high school for extra credit. I won’t name the author in question, because I don’t want to dox which private school I attended, but she was a well known Canadian Christian fantasy author.

Anyways, she brought up depictions of rape in the fantasy genre. She spoke of how most of them are pointless because the Moid authors never goes into sexual assault trauma, and is instead written for the sake of fetish. I remember she said that when it comes to sexual assault in writing, having it be something unseen is more effective because we tend to be more scared of things we cannot see. Focusing on the outcome, rather than the action, gives more room to explore the survivor’s character rather than have them be the center of someone’s fetish.

She also proposed the question of “would a graphic rape scene of a woman have the same effect to readers if it were happening to a man?” The answer from the boys in the class was “no”.

It really stuck with me.

A competent writer doesn’t need to be gratuitous to shock the readers or to elicit empathy. Most Moid writers don’t put in graphic rape scenes to make readers empathetic to victims, though. It’s just fan service to them.

My friends and I reported it to the staff but the staff didn't do jackshit. Eventually the player ended up fucking off because nobody liked him, but still irks me.
