On the topic, men love to say that women are evil because women are "two-faced" to each other. They list examples like how women will sometimes lie to other women who are less attractive and tell them they are beautiful even if they are fat an ugly. Men think this is catty and hateful behavior. This is because men can not imagine ever being nice to someone out of empathy and not out of sinister alterior motives. Because men are never nice to someone unless they have an alterior motive such as getting sex. They don't understand that women say nice things to people because we want that person to feel good about themselves, because men would never do that. They only care about making themselves feel good and sometimes this requires feigning being nice, but it's never without them expecting to be rewarded for it.

Basically whenever men say women are catty, cruel, mean, etc they are projecting. Nobody is as cruel as men are and the crime statistics are all you need to know.

But a kid generally shouldn't be left at home alone. A dog can. And if your dog destroys your place while you are gone, that's your own fucking fault for not disciplining and training it.

You can look up Judith Beheading Holofernes, and find many paintings, usually of that same era. And they all have those nice, rich inky blacks and vivid colors. But I feel like Artemisia's depicts it with the most rage. She was raped by an art tutor, so I think the painting was a way of her working through that. It's much more pro-active looking than the very similar Caravaggio one. The servant woman is actively helping to hold him down, and is young like Judith herself. In other versions, the maid is shown more off to the side, holding a candle or something else, and much older. The way she painted the bloodspray is much cooler too. As a side note, it seems like later versions of the scene show Judith being fully nude, because of course it does.

Her rapist was a dude named Agostino Tassi and you can read all about how he was accused of also raping a wife and his sister-in-law, as well as him trying to have his wife murdered. He only served two years.

Your post particularly reminded me of a female Japanese artist called Yuko Tatsushima. Yuko Tatsuhisma tends to draw very morbid/macabre art that focuses lots on female suffering, particularly sexual violence and atomic bombs



However, you're probably more familiar with this photo because
everybody encountered it, at the least the cropped photo of the
head which was associated with creepypasta.

This picture in particular is called "I Can No Longer Be a Bride". Despite being mostly a reclusive artist, when Yuko talked about her art publicly she has stated lots of pictures she has done are self-portraits of her and the motif of sexual violence was prominent in her works because she herself experienced that.

Anyways, it's so insane how many male artists love to glamourize and sugarcoat female suffering in art, especially when depicting things such as sexual assault and rape. For example the way many male artists depicted the scene with Susanna and the elders is depicted, it's always depicts Susanna as a very "playing hard to get" coy woman annoyed by unwanted male attention whereas in Artemisia's version you can see the contempt and disgust Susanna has for the elderly men, let's not forget the x-ray version she did of the drawing where Susanna is depicted with even more anguish because one of men are pulling her hair.

It almost feels like the reason why men would draw Susanna like that is because most of them would operate under the very moid brained approach to this which is "Why would she oppose this? She's being admired and getting attentions" while not getting the bigger picture similarly to how many modern men (including trannies) say how women are lucky for being catcalled because at least they get compliments out of nowhere unlike men, because most moids operate under the "Any attention is good attention" mindset.

I was talking to a bar buddy recently and I was telling him my opinion about a certain trope in media.
