Modern white supremacists are quite shit at recruiting women to their cause, when historically white women were often slave holders or ardent Nazis and big supporters of various racist movements. I think it might have something to do with feminism and equal rights giving white women a way out besides trying to crush non-white men and women beneath them, and women in general being more aware that women of all races face similar problems. And ofc penis solidarity often transcending racism. While there are still self-hating women with gobs of internalized misogyny (and these ones do often flock to various racist movements), most of these modern white supremacists also fail to uphold the few perks for so called “trad wives” which is basically monogamous marriage with the man providing and not being a complete asshole to his wife, and because women can work and have their own bank accounts, a lot of the incentives to marry and stay are no longer around. I think that’s why the tradwife thing is probably the most successfully piece of marketing that white supremacists (and Christian nationalists too) could have hoped for, bc it’s also peaceful pretty white women holding their cute babies and making bread for their strong white husband who brings them flowers on his way home from his manly job, and basically just romanticizes the whole thing.

I used to read this one blog run by a niqabi woman ages ago, and I had to quit bc it made me too sad.
