It's not just the size of the garbage heap which is horrifying. It's been set up literally next to a waterway and I really doubt Trash Mountain has been built with modern landfill cells to contain contamination. Christ knows what toxins get washed into that river every time it rains.

I fully admit it; This has made me look at my contacts list for a site visit, see "*****preet" and immediately put my head in my hands knowing full well today, somebody is getting screamed at and all I'm going to hear is "yas sar." Nothing is going to change after that. There is no amount of conversation or delegation both assertive or calmly conveyed that will ever change the situation.

I hang my head in my hands and give up on my job because of this. It's not funny to me anymore, it is actually killing my spirit for a job that I once held great pride in. The only saving grace I can hold on to is that....if I left this job, some fucking east indian would get it and things would get worse, especially for my other clients. I know these people and doing that to them would be a greater shame than having to tolerate this shit every day.
