I don't think Zi wei dui (自衛隊) is a slur, it is just a name for the Japanese national army. I can't figure out what is Huang Jun (Yellow something?)

A slur for Japs common in Southern China is Luo Bo Tou (蘿蔔頭; Turnip head). You have to chop of the top of a turnip before you cook it. Ga zai (the "ga" boy) is mainly Cantonese, stemming from the fact that the Jap language's prevalence of the long [a] sound.
