Why I make this complaint:
I am making this complaint as regular player of Kiwi Station, who has supported this server since I joined it. This complaint is about Dynastia- he has had issues handling basic administrative and server maintenance situations, that he should be able to handle as a trial admin. These mistakes make the server look bad in the eyes of potential new players and can cause potentially enmity against the whole staff on the long run. I am going to back up some of my claims with evidence.
Let´s take out the biggest thing first - accusing a player (me) with out pre-investigation and banning me because other guy took my monkey syringe and injected it on another. Not only that, but he meant to make it warning and upgraded it to (server ban) when I told him I am not taking responsibility of other person breaking rules. First evidence picture of this below.
Even if I had done something wrong, the admin guidelines say that he should favor job bans over server bans. I am not appealing the ban as it is a short ban. But I do think that lack of investigation (looking at logs) and then banning a guy for telling you the truth that you didnt turn anyone in to a monkey is really grounds for disciplinary action or at least a warning for this staff member. Especially, when the ban is not even based on rules broken, but his own discretion on "personal liability". My character is Spike Houser, and below image shows that OTHER GUY injected the syringe to another.
I have people who back me up on this.
In addition to this illegitimate ban, he has been struggling during a situation that happened at RoundID 514 or 513 when there was a mass murdering greytider at round beginning. As an administrator he did nothing, the guy murdered more than 6 people (you can look it up the logs) only the medbay staff stopped him. He was the only staff member available. Later in the round, there was a virus. It killed (most) of the people, and he only ahealed people, leading them to die again of the virus. He could not remove the virus.

Failure to ban one lawyer who was mass murdering people left and right made me ask myself, that is this guy even motivated to work as administrator? Stopping one character from toolboxing others should be quite easy thing to stop as an admin.
I am seeking for removal of my warning/note(what ever it is called) and disciplinary action on this staff member.
