What do you guys think of the band Oingo Boingo and Danny Elfman's sexy singing voice?

If nobody knows who they are, they were the new wave band that famous film composer Danny Elfman did before he was a big Hollywood composer.

They had songs like

Dead Man's Party

Weird Science (also the theme to the John Hughes movie and the 90s TV Show of the same name)

We Close Our Eyes

Who Do You Want To Be (which was in Tony Hawk's American Wasteland and the DS port/spinoff)

And who could forget PedoBear's themesong, Little Girls?



and if you're a JoJo fan, you're probably familiar with the name being referenced as the name of two characters (I don't watch the show, but that's neither here nor there)


Also for the hell of it, here's Danny Elfman as himself singing a song for the Wanted soundtrack back in 2008 called The Little Things


and here's him performing Dead Man's Party for the first time in 20 years to the date.

The original music video for little girls is fucking creepy. Catchy song though, used to play it out loud on my friends computers at school to embarrass them in class.

I get really into them for a year and then my interest fades off for awhile before I rediscover them again.
 
Oingo Boingo is what got me into New Wave when I was like 16. Listened to their entire discography in class during my junior year of high school. A few years later and I still love them.
The song 'We Close Our Eyes' in particular got me through a lot of tough times.
