"Ok powerlevel but" - adds spoilers

Holy shit, this was a joke thread, you powerlevelled too hard, Michael.

Just imagine the feeling you'd experience if your name is actually Michael, lol.
What if I was actually
a neodog named Mike from the future bonus if you get the reference

I remember when Null got really fucking angry at people misusing "Powerlevel but..." and then threatened to ban people who continued saying it. Too bad he didn't make good on that promise because too many people are still misusing it.
@Null's actually a big softie with a big heart who loves and appreciates all of us who make up this community, even if he disagrees with what we say.

Every now and then I get rated PL for something completely mundane and relevant to the discussion, I'm guessing some people throw it around as a negrate for opinions they don't like.
People do this with the A-Log/MATI rating too. It's a little annoying, on a weird autist, rule-follower level, but also makes it easier to be less concerned about ratings as a whole.

Though, people also do the preemptive "go ahead and give me those black hats, but..." shit with A-Logging as well. I think it has to do with people being too worried about the kind of ratings their posts are going to get and maybe trying to control people's reactions a bit.

I see it in almost every thread I browse. I imagine a lot of other people pick up on it too and it strikes me as a bizarre tendency that people have to announce it's a powerlevel when it's typically not.

IDK. I just find it to be pathetic and childlike.
I think having a rule against powerleveling is pathetic and childlike, people should learn to keep their envy and jealousy under control instead. when I announce that I'm about to powerlevel it's a trigger warning for those kinds of people to stop reading this post now before I reveal that I make over $800k annually working at home or that I'm 6'4" and have a 10.5" penis.
