Vladimir Luxuria, I guess? She's a "self proclaimed commie" and a vocal LGBT icon, does take part in the worst trashiest tv but is an okay and open person
People and media shit on her for bein trans (it's a catholic country after all) and for often making a spectacle of it, but she shakes it off so who cares

Comparatively my gaydar's pretty shit, but I can't look at this and not notice the masculine facial structure, miss-set pelvis, everything about his neck, and the way the trapezoids are shaped. I can totally understand how people might slip up if they were hammered, but it seems to take an awful lot of effort to get very marginal results.
 
Does Richard O'Brien (Rocky Horror Show/ShockTreatment creator) count? I know he runs around in women's clothes and is proud of being nonbinary.

I think it's because of the country. Aren't they well known as having the best cosmetic surgeons and plastic surgeons than other countries?
