I'm kind of hoping fucking around and finding out will get me banned. How willing are they to push out perm bans in these events? If they do, I'm filing a charge back for my yearly membership because I want to start a new character anyways. If a lot of people end up doing this and it impacts their decision for next year that'd be funny.

Couldn't make it to the stream world. The mod on the server I was on made sure to spawn half naked wise old men in thongs dancing on the party room table and transmog into a giant chicken so players could say "nice cock." Meanwhile the mod in the stream is saying how important it is for kids to be exposed to this so they can figure themselves out. Otherwise pretty boring and low effort.

This but doing the dance emote like the white knights. I'm sure it was funny for whatever it was used for originally but they just look like male strippers in the party room in this PEGI 13 game. Really weird in the context of a gay pride event and Mod Roq saying how important it is that kids are exposed to fag shit in their adolesence. "Nice cock" only a couple players said and the chicken was switched off pretty soon after so I doubt it was intentional.

Twitch VOD 1 hour 15 minutes in, wasn't listening clearly before its about a charity named AKT that helps LGBTQIA+ "vulnerable, young people" 16-25 who are homeless or living in a "hostile environment" so they can find their direction in life. So unfortunately I missed the pride event stream because I had work so I couldn't see the chaos unfold live in the game. I heard there was lots of fun trolling, BUT I had some downtime and I'm a retard who uses discord to talk to my normie friends, and I think I joined the RS Discord a while back to check balance combat updates and forgot about it until today.
The shitstorm there was just as if not more entertaining!
It all begins with an @ letting me know that the pride event will be soon...
Followed by a pretty funny, albeit closer than it should be, ratio. Of course the hearts and smiley faces outweight the downvotes and frowny faces, but on Discord you can react multiple times to the same post, and while I'm not autistic enough to do the math, I'm sure most of those hearts are also reacted by the same folks. At least 40% of the players on this discord are against it, to say the least.
I'm pretty new to the game, and while anybody new to RS knows about the Falador Massacre, I didn't realize the anniversary of that event was today! Of course some folks had some things to say about the fact a gay event that could be celebrated all month was the same day as something that actually matters to RuneScape's history.
The name "ImAMoistTranannie" is the most cursed thing I've seen in my life and I don't want to know more about them.
The post in question, I'm also pretty sure yu.a is a server mod, getting mad at someone for having meme pronouns.

Generally the speed was very fast paced so I was only to grab a few funny screenshots in a midst of some trolling, banwaves, and regulars with lgbt flags seething about all the heckin hater chuds!

Probably the funniest thing here, someone decides to celebrate Jagex being good and throw shade at some other companies for just doing the flag shit (not realizing all LGBT pride shit is pandering). Someone points out how anything should be appreciated and another flag-bearer is NOT pleased.

I couldn't figure out how this shitstorm started, but this was all some troon named "Lily" (of course) upset that someone was asking them questions, because apparently according to Rational Wiki, this is a thoughtcrime and should never be done. This is probably the most unhinged here.

Well I don't have them. It was on world 435 US West, Mod Skylark and Harlem something were there and chatted occasionally. There were at least a hundred players there at the party room who'll be able to tell you what happened. Maybe someone recorded it and put it on YouTube but I can only find a few obscure videos showing the march on any world, it appears that nobody gives a shit about the whole thing besides maybe Mr. Moist Trannanie.

Yeah the only two people who seemed to actually care about the in game event were Jenaf and MoistTranannie from what I saw. The rest were making (reasonable) excuses why they couldn't make it.
The biggest thing that gets me.. is why have it at 10 AM (EST) on a Thursday? That'd still be 3 PM for the bongs so any reasonable person would be at work. Pretty sure most of RuneScapes playerbase at this point are pure no-lifers or people at work who can only pay attention to very basic tasks like Mining or Fishing.
It makes me feel like it was explicitly done to downplay Falador Massacre, because it makes no sense not to have this limited time event on a Saturday or Sunday when most people will actually be playing the game.
Could be a total schizo theory, but Cuntspiracy Man has it right, for some reason they all hate players who've actually been playing for so long. I'm a total newfag to RuneScape (started like 6 months ago as a game to sate my crippling autism). But I have a lot of respect for the games history and love learning about all the fun stories. To me that's what the MMO genre should be about even if I missed the golden era, and I kinda wish I could've seen it myself it sounds awesome.

Every modern company hates legacy fans. They all have stuff like standards and remember when devs were, if not passionate atleast interested in making good games. Jagx is what two or three investment groups away from the original owners? They'd love nothing more than to kill off OSRS so they can push microtransactions at everyone. Runescape is rare in that it's big enough to have a decent sized community but also small enough to push around the leadership, atleast for now.

Oh my god this reminded me about this guy. I watch OSRS content creators occasionally cuz I enjoy watching people more autistic then me do cool things.
Watched this vid and got a chuckle out of it, not really caring that he has a female avatar, foolishly forgetting that this isn't a thing that normal people do anymore and 99% of men who use female avatars are trannies. I didn't notice the username since it was in my reccomended, and I think back then their pfp was their runescape character and not their face.
Of course like any normal person, I thought they were a man. I look in the comments and they're all calling him "Hannah" and talking about how hecking valid he is and I realized once again that I can't enjoy content creators who play autistic games anymore.
I was thinking of doing a post on Storster, a speedrunning youtuber I used to watch in the background who trooned out, me only finding out through his comments talking about how HECKING AMAZING HIS VOICE TRAINING IS (I had to go back and watch their old vids, their voice did go up a tiny bit, but they still sound like a man, just a slightly less manly sounding man lol)
