Like someone else said, inceldom is a foul attitude, so comparing them to spinsters, who genuinely want to go their own way, is a bit insulting. So, instead, I'll use a more benign single/childfree classification. In my immediate circle, yes, nerd women seem to be more inclined to choose being single (call it volcel, asexuality, or whatever you want) and childfree. I'm one of them. That's not to say there aren't plenty of nerd women with families. A real life old high school friend of mine has three kids, a happy marriage with a nerd dude, and still enjoys nerdshit like fanfic. Shit, she even gets paid to publish actual gay porn books now. I'm not sure how strictly single nerd women would be an outlier from the rest of the female population though, since we all know people are going childfree and remaining single more often and for longer now.So to get back on topic: Do you think there's a equivalent increase of spinsters to the seemingly increasing number of male incels?
I will say, with nerd women, the instances of trooning are far, far above the public average. I've seen many a young millenial/zoomer out and proud dyke start talking about how she's a boy now as well as plenty of straight and bi women and women who just, sadly, want to avoid male attention all together and think mutilating their bodies is the answer. But, that goes for the men as well, although the men do it for different, and more malicious, reasons.
