As stated earlier, racemixing in a relatively normal standpoint and even amongst homogenous societies is normal. While anti-mass immigration and cultural preservation should be the priority of any developed, western society.
Mainly however, what should be emphasized is that it can, indeed, be negligible.
Case example, the Jacksons:

White Michael had some white DNA himself, for any context, this could very well be a pure black person's grandchild, or definably their great-grandchild.
Another Example:
Today, there are hundreds if not thousands of icelanders with Hans Jonatan's DNA. He was half white from father, and half black from mother.
Former slave, soldier, then farmer, he settled down in Iceland, had two children, who then went on to have hundreds of descendants.
He was supposedly an urban legend, but they're even able to now trace his DNA in his descendants, proving his existence.
Race-mixing happens, and in modern society even with closed borders and restricted boundaries, a western society that may accept a few engineers, professors, and scientists from abroad will eventually settle down and blend into the society they live in. This is true assimilation. Again, only accept those willing to integrate and even mix into the society they move into and actively contribute to it. This should be what naturally occurs. Reject mass-immigration, refugees, etc, and stamp out enclaves from foreign countries.
