saw a post the other day on twitter i think it was that theorized the gorosei were originally members of joy boys crew who were tricked by imu until they became fully under his control and betrayed joy boy during the great war. they were also all former kings of various countries who joy boy brought together to explore the world with.

i found it interesting because i never really thought about joy boy having an actual pirate crew but i guess he would have had to have had a crew of some kind at some point. which if true would imply zunesha is joy boys laboon.

Except wasn’t it established that each of the Gorosei were all members of families whose bloodlines would create the Celestial Dragons? Who fought against Joy Boy? Also, the whole idea of betrayal doesn’t really gel with me, especially considering the idea that Joy Boy is basically proto-Luffy, and Luffy’s crew is defined by its unwavering loyalty.

What a bunch of bullshit! Yes, law is not always moral. Sometimes you have to choose the lesser evil because greater evil means no one is having any peace. I like how he does the classic leftist shit of "How can a person be illegal?". Their existence is not illegal, their presence into countries they were not born and did not LEGALLY enter is! looks like just like most people guessed after elbaf things get real. as far as people meeting who have never met before i wonder if odas talking about luffy and dragon? they gotta run into each other at some point you would think.

Its one of the few meetups worth looking forward to.

But knowing Oda, he probably means Leo and Shiki or something equally retarded.
 
I just wonder what the next movie's going to even do. I think it's nice that we get a new one ever few years or so, but what could they do with it now to tie it into the main story, or are they gonna turn it into something more stand-alone?

I mean they technically haven't "met" but you're hundreds of chapters late on them running into one another.

Two lots of two people who've never met meeting. I'm going to say Zoro and his dad and Dragon and Blackbeard. Or possibly either Dragon or BB and Buggy.
