i wonder who douzan is. im guessing that is the name of the previous master of ragnir and the last guy who ate the nidhogg fruit. also brook saying it felt like there were 3 different people talking through gunko is interesting. we know one was imu obviously but who are the other two? if its princess shuri and gunko then what if one of the things imu is doing is transferring souls as part of his pact.

maybe gunkos body is princess shuri but shes being controlled by gunko who might be a demon of some kind as well that imu has kept around all these years. that or because shuri has those weird eyes its another split personality thing like with cavendish and hakuba.

Think it might be her, her when she's being controlled by the pact and then her possessed by Imu

I'm looking forwards to the flashback honestly. Quite like how there's a contrast between Usopp driving his village nuts back in the day.

In terms of length, perhaps. And then it’s a matter of if we get something that makes the fanbase lose its mind like Gear 5 did.
it feels to me like oda is using elbaph as a way to fill in as many missing details as possible before dropping something massive. the question is what is it going to be? at first i thought the big thing was going to be the imu reveal but now i dont think that is the case. then i remembered there is still an entire upper level of elbaph that has not been shown yet. so now my guess is that similar to skypiea and the golden bell up in the clouds there is something at the very top level of elbaph that will end up revealing something big.

About the Brook chapter.

I'm guessing that the Royal Knights kidnapped Gunko/Princess Shuri because she had blue hair and Imu's previous manservant defected (I think it's Mihawk), and then hounded Brook around for a hit until he died.

There's also possibly some Film Film fruit and Disease Disease fruit shenanigans as well, given his old captain died to a disease and it seems like Brook is misremembering things in Thriller Bark.
