After Cory's insanely retarded dipped cheese argument last October I started wondering if he had a thread for him on KF. Turns out there's only a thread for the entire channel

(can someone give me the tl dr on Cory? I only started watching Oneplays at the YIIK playthrough so I'm not that familiar with everythint)

That and he's friends or used to be friends with the notorious shadman and drug addict stamper, ( chris and zach were also friends with them because they were all roommates and cohosts in the sleepy cabin podcast).
Cory is a typical anime cartoon coomer who fucks a tranny, at least they managed to be faithful to each other for a long time. Yeah this autist has potential for a thread but he doesn't try to have drama online or is always online, like he said on the sonic heroes lp he doesn't go online that much anymore, which is a good thing at least.

Well, he's an animator from the old Newgrounds era, also known as Spazkid. He was a notorious troll in that and other communities, and was even a significant figure in Chris Chan's trolling for some time. He was even one of the judges in the Chris vs Liquid Chris singing challenge. I think he made some animations about Chris? In any case, he's expressed some regret about his CWC involvement.
One of his more famous non-CWC animations is Street Fighter Chode, what you could call an animated "disstrack" aimed at some shitty but popular members of the Newgrounds community.

After that, he was one of the members of the Sleepycabin, a studio formed by some of the (at the time defunct) Newground animators. They were supposed to produce cartoons together in their office, but didn't produce much, except for their very popular (but now also dead) Sleepycast podcast. In it, Corey demonstrated he's extremely autistic with his dumb stories, encyclopedic Sonic knowledge, absurd non-sequiturs, and constant misunderstandings of really simple and normal things; he also revealed he's a big fucking degenerate.

Later, OneyNG created a the Oneyplays channel and started inviting people from the same circles, which eventually included Corey, which only continued his Sleepycast development. If you look to your left to my profile pic, you can see him (in his LA/Armenian form) seething and about to explode.

He's also dating a tranny (but hasn't, to my knowledge, ever been vocal about trans rights; like I said earlier, he's a big degenerate so it might be a fetish thing; the tranny in question also seems to be pretty reserved), and has a ska band. He's one of the few people who (I think) still associates with >Shadman. Fears the Missouri Water People.

The dude's insane but you can be a weirdo on the internet and date a tranny but not be a lolcow. He's only really controversial because some people love him while others hate him and that's more dependent on their patience towards his insanity. These days he avoids drama, like the only real drama moment I can think of was when him and a few other Newgrounds fellas called out Egoraptor for shitting on Sr Pelo, which was three years ago and was kinda epic.
 
I just checked out the Wan Wan Games Patreon and was surprised to see DD&J are making the better part of $5000 a month which is on the upper end of how much I see creators making on the site and they probably make at least another $1000 from stream donations a month. Why is DingDong always being so dramatic about things, that is seriously high end earnings and donation retention for how little they publicly put out.

I love Cory's constant insistence that 2 is better then 1 while repeatedly dying and saying each boss is bad.

They need something to bitch about. I don't ever think we'll see a demo for Tough Bippy or whatever game they plan on working on. Wasn't Trigger Treat practically done but they decided against putting it out or some retarded shit? I feel like this whole patreon is a scam at this point. Wasn't Pizza Tower made around the ssme time the development for Bippy was made? That shit is being released next month and their patreon earns like 2k less than WanWan
 
DingDong's got that self defeating perfectionism. If his project isn't the very best he can produce, then he'll never put anything out. Tough Bippy could be perfect in every way, but if there's a pixel off center, that's all he'll see. It's that critic mentality. He's very hard on other games because he hates the flaws in his own projects.

That's one of the hardest things about being an artist. Nothing you create will ever match the idea in your head. You have to settle for good enough even though you can see excellence when you close your eyes. Learning to be okay with that is something you have to be able to do if you want to make a living creating anything. You can't treat everything like your magnum opus.
