I think Ding Dong is so far up his own ass at this point, he can’t see anything normally anymore. Everything has a message or some sort of alterior motive. A constant theme with him has been that everything people say is some sort of secret code only he can decipher. I remember once he was trying to say people expressing distain for websites like Tumblr, Reddit or Bluesky was actually some sort of conservative dog whistle. Instead of just, you know, someone disliking these websites.
