I'm sure it's been mentioned already in either this thread or in the Shadman one or one of the other multiple SleepyCabin adjacent threads we have, but Stamper has mentioned recently he's involved in a lawsuit through his work with The Behemoth on Battleblock Theater. I didn't know the specific details, but apparently it has to do with Stamper allegedly sexually harassing or "discriminating" against an individual named Robert Cleveland. The documents are currently on Pacer, although I don't have the inclination to pay to view them.
This document is currently public, dates from May 28th 2021, and provides some context. It's a denial for motion for sanctions pertaining to "untimely production of discovery," and concerns itself mostly with screenshots and archives of slack and social media, mainly from Stamper's accounts. I've got a horrible attention span and a complete lack of knowledge when it comes to legal matters so somebody will undoubtedly be able to offer a more informative explanation.
The plaintiff is named Robert Cleveland and I've not been able to find anything about him relating to Behemoth, Stamper, or Battleblock.
It's probably been posted already but here's the
pacer for the case.
Additionally, we really do need a thread for Stamper but I don't have the time, knowledge, or inclination to make one. I might have some screenshots or the like from his twitter circa 2019/2020, but that's all I can offer.
