I'm not too familiar with Shad beyond the napkin story and the fact that he outwardly draws children getting diddled, is he really that lacking in self awareness with the moral high ground take or just fishing for clout?
 
The real reason for the lack of new content is due to Tomar finally being arrested for his numerous crimes and the gang is scrambling to raise $5 million in order to post his bail.
