They hired a guy called Justin as their editor, and he is possibly one of the least funny and least charismatic people I have ever seen in these sort of circles. No clue what they saw in him when hiring him. Since moving to LA they became huge twitter-leftist potheads and their new videos are utterly soulless. You can tell they just got into the pattern of lighting up a joint, shitting out a 20 minute let's play, and then sending it to their editor to add flavour-of-the-week social media memes. Their Dark Souls 'You Die, You Smoke' video was definitely just an excuse for them to smoke a massive blunt on camera and was the nail in the coffin for me. Unlike drinking, you lose all charisma and energy after smoking, so the video is boring as fuck; I don't know they expected. Matt developed some sort of god complex after bleaching his hair and releasing a mediocre self-produced EP. Such a shame. They used to be able to make simple things like buying a christmas tree or taking a trip to 7/11 funny; it's sad to see their views dwindling & channel die.

I guess after staying around with Game Grumps for too long they caught their LA white guilt virus. What's funny is that, while I don't watch SuperMega, I remember Matt could be quite edgy while on OneyPlays, and even managed to shock Chris occasionally. Really annoys me how brainwashed anyone that moves to LA are, I'm just glad the OneyPlays boys are aware enough to not drink the tap water there

I gave up on them when I heard one of their rants about people who think political correctness is ruining comedy. These guys used to make some of the most edgy comedy on YouTube, but now suddenly want to be progressive leftists who shame people for liking edgy comedy instead of lame reddit humor.

No matter how many different channels I set to never get suggestions from, more just pop up in my recommendations slinging clips from this badly animated Smiling Friends garbage trash and Oneyplays at me.
