I occasionally just play random shuffled oneyplays videos as background noise, and this just threw me for a loop.

Idk if someone else mentioned it, just a bizarre occurrence to look back on, especially when you think about just how quickly the dude exploded in popularity.
 
Okay so this is very out of the fucking blue, but someone in the Kennel Chat revealed to me the link with tuba vore and DingDong.

Immediately, I came to remember that in drawthreads I lurked back in the day there was a repeat requester who always asked for tubavore.

I had already known about his weird fetish but have never seen this much autism until now, holy shit.

Looking at the dates though this would have been around the time both his and Julian's FA accounts got spread amongst OneyPlays fans. A lot of this could be some random troll impersonating him/making a mockery out of the fetish (didn't they also have a weird stalker roommate against this?), but that's pure optimism :optimistic:

I will note that at this point, at least in the threads and amongst the people who frequented them, no one knew it was tied to DingDong. So if someone was doing it to make him look obsessive or autistic, they never gave away that he was even related.

I'm only just now learning about it DingDong's link to the tubavore.

The tubavore stuff was one hell of a ride when I first learned of it. He used to have a public Twitter account dedicated to it and was making a vore rhythm game with the dinosaur character, though it looks like the account got closed a couple years ago.

What's worse is the scat incorporated with it. Like being sexually thrilled over instruments is one thing, but wanting to shit out stacks of doodoo feces and being shat out post-vore is peak degeneracy.

If you follow Zach and Chris on twitter you will notice they are very careful about not stirring shit. Chris less so then Zach (Chris has had some viral tweets that caused drama) but he still is pretty damn careful about tweeting anything political or drama related. They have to know as straight white guys making racial and sex jokes they are walking a very fine line.

Zach does have a popular tv show now, so it makes sense he’d need to be a bit safer than Chris.

But I’m all for creators not Tweeting shit all the time.

duane and brando is up there with yogscast as things that dont have a thread purely because no one is autistic enough to list all the drama. Duane is like a deadbeat dad and Brando is woke now
