Corey is the worst recurring guest in my opinion, but I'm sure there have been worse guests in the past that we all just forgot.

Funny man Chris all i beg is one fucking series this boneyplays without Corey, please I'll do my lord's prayers and everything.

The French Dip argument was unironically the moment I decided I hated Corey as a guest, I didn't find it funny I just found it exceedingly annoying, Skinwalker hunt deserved better than that Series and if they revisit any game this Boneyplays I hope its Skinwalker hunt sans Corey.

The Witch Hunt series on the other hand was enjoyable because tomar and zach let their guard down enough to be spooked instead of screeching about every little gameplay mechanic.
 
I don't mind Cory as much as I think that the DS vids are boring and I'm sick of Sonic. I miss when they played a variety of games. For the past 2 months it's been ONLY dark souls and Sonic. I'm hoping that Spooky month will change that because I like OP.

It's gotta say something that even the patron saint of Oneyplays chronology Otto Heckel is no longer interested in their stuff.

DingDong did a stream over the weekend (I have a partial download if you guys want it, he privates his streams immediately). He was in a good mood until someone made a joke that was a reference to something he said in the past. Ranted about the archive channels which he believes are stealing his work.

The last part of the stream he "discovers" his channel is shadowbanned - it really seemed to be, it was near impossible to find by search even with precise terms during that stream. This seems to be a recent problem with YouTube not limited to their channel, the search has become a lot less effective. Searching DingDongVG now does bring up this trailer as the first result (he was worried about it being buried) so the problem was probably as simple as he wasn't uploading enough & deleting/privating older videos (as people suggested in stream and he poo-pooed).


October 28th for this year's DingDong and Julian Halloween stream.

I've not watched OneyPlays for a while either and it is due to Corey, he can be funny occasionally but as soon as he puts on his "whine" voice it is all over. It's telling the only time they were able to handle him was when Zach and Chris summoned every Sonic character to talk to him.

I like Cory as a guest and he was really funny in SleepyCabin, but man he gets annoying fast. The Water People episode, his insane "retard sponge factory" story, and inability to remember basic characters' designs in Slightly Artistic are very entertaining, but for every "Cory what would you do if your dad tried to rape you" hypothetical, you have to sit through what feels like years of degeneracy and retardation.

I think someone else put it very well a bunch of pages ago, Cory at his best is hilarious but at his worst he's just insufferable. He's usually better when there's someone to tard-wrangle and rein him in, like Jeff or Dave. It's why the RE3 playthrough and Slightly Artistic are two of my favorite OneyPlays series, but the onslaught of Cory episodes for a year has been just too much. It was really exciting to see him back as a guest at first, but unlike DD and Julian he's much more hit-or-miss and has really gotten worse since he was last on.

It's also why even I'm starting to get a little fatigued of the autism trio. I hope the next series has at least Tomar around to quell the retardation. Though Cory might have gone back to Philly after the DS1 and DS2 playthrough.

Chris posted on Instagram that Corey was back I think, so you aren't so lucky. (hopefully his recent return means he wasn't there for the Boneyplays recording sessions, hopefully.)
 
I checked out DDs stream on and off. Even when he's in a good mood he can't help but bring up that people give him shit for taking 7k per month without anything to show for it. He said last month they were angry about 6k lol

He says the rhythm game is almost done, but then he says they still need music for it. It doesn't sound like it has a title, either. It just reminds me of Trigger Treat. That was "almost done" for a few years before they shelved it.
 
I hope they do some multiplayer stuff for Boney Plays this year.
Maybe some Gmod stuff or Phasmophobia.
Generally I think corny games or games that are very atmospheric and just let them play, like Witch hunt or Visage are really good for Boney Plays so it'd be nice to get stuff like that too.

Lyle is the worst of the persistent hosts even if that still makes him at least ok most of the time in videos.
What I hate is his frequent LA ball washing on Twitter. Recently I saw him saying that people who talk shit about LA are just bitter washouts who couldn't make it and I just find that really gay.
