Yeah for all its flaws, Borderlands is at least fun to play to an extent. Forspoken is just garbage through and through.

Honestly I used to think Borderlands gameplay was decent back around the time 1 and 2 were big, but going back to them now it's like night and day. I can't stand the MMO mission design, the randomized weapons that you throw away the second you get one that's 1% better, and every enemy being a bullet sponge that doesn't react to getting shot. It's really lame shooting an enemy directly in the head with a sniper rifle or revolver 24 times and it still just stands there shooting back at you because its health pool hasn't been drained yet, it's the same complaint I have about Bethesda Fallout games' shooting. Just makes everything feel really weightless

In my defense, the most fun I had with a Borderlands game was running a high-risk, high-reward build of Krieg focused on meeleeing everything by staying in a state of near fucking death all the time.

Krieg was pretty fun to play as, but even he was a paid DLC character

DS2 was developed by a different team and Miyazaki didn't direct it, which is why it feels like a totally different game

I feel like Doug is the most requested guest at this point. Chris mentioned it on a stream once, and I'm pretty sure he said they'd both love it but just live too far from each other to happen any time soon. I dunno how it'd work out, they'd probably just be really awkward around him, since they pretty only bring him up on the show to laugh at him

What game would you want to see Doug play and who would you want the cast to be?
 
Considering all the Juju Masterson drama with that rippa guy it's funny that harry's also making a little comic book too

I remember Harry saying he would've liked to do something like a graphic novel like this years ago from a deleted update video from 2017 when Youtube REALLY started to go down the shitter. This was when he was still trying to make ends meet from animation solely on Youtube without a kickstarter or Patreon.
