Respect to Chris for not being like 99% of other Youtube people and actually associating with whoever he wants publically. Sseth has a bunch of people who are fully convinced he's a Nazi.

Well, and with the way that the YIIK-through conclusion was dumped because it wouldn't have been "up to expectations," how can they release anything that's up to expectations?
If Bowlbo ever releases, is there a way that it can possibly live up to how long it took to cook?

It's a trap that's all-too-easy to fall into when you mix doing what you love with doing what you need in order to survive. One advantage of having a smaller studio over just a few independents is to have someone there to plant deadlines and insist that everyone haul ass before them - someone to shake off perfectionism. Of course, it's hardly a scenario that's unique to them - one of the better aspects of the Running Shine YIIK-review is the acknowledgement that actually getting together and shipping a game like YIIK is itself a huge accomplishment, whatever else might be true of the title all the same.

Apparently they only met Adam because he was going to move in with Niall, was this discussed before? I don't remember it.
 
New Lyle toon. Once again it has good sound and editing with great animation by PrimatePunk but I didn't laugh at it.

3 months late and a dollar short but dingdong can't help but to be online. A few weeks ago when null was doing a MATI he opened a temporary discord for people to call in, and he was sitting there in the call in waiting room.

Last I heard the main thing that's delaying the game is licensing for the music, if I remember correctly he wanted licenses that wouldn't expire and take the game (or part of its content) down with it. This was in a DD stream around April, but because he doesn't keep archives of his minor streams that's basically gone and I can't confirm that with a clip.

What was shown in that video could be made in game maker studio in 2 hours. If he can show off a full level that'd be a bit more convincing.

Nope nothing even remotely related to the "letsplay sphere" or whatever you want to call it. Just happened to be there listening to everyone sperg in the voice chat I guess. I did hear someone say "oh look it's dingdong when are you going to actually release a game?" it was me
