As for the game itself, gameplay-wise it doesn't look bad but the fur-ass-bait, muhdepressun theme and the "quirky PS1 graphics!!1" definitely make it a meme game, the creator really tried to check all the boxes, forgot to make goat girl a transbian and adding creepy jumpscares tho.
